Planter Box Workshop

Join Dykes With Drills at Futureworks NYC in Brooklyn for this fun beginner workshop and make planter box for your outdoor space. In this workshop, participants will learn to use the miter saw, drill press, and drills to make a custom planter box. Participants also have the option of adding legs instead of hooks to make it free standing. This workshop is open to all! No woodworking experience necessary.


Price

$125/ per person

All materials are included in the cost of the class. Participants will customize the size of their planter box to fit their space. Maximum size for planter box length is 30”.

Pre-Requisites

  • Age 18+

  • No woodworking experience necessary

Accessibility

Do you have a low scent tolerance? We ask that our participants refrain from using extreme scents, though cannot guarantee the workshop space will be scent free. Please know that sawdust is present in the shop and we have masks available upon request.

Do you use ASL? We currently don’t have translation available, and would love to work with you about how you can access our workshops.
