Key Rack Workshop

Join Dykes With Drills at Futureworks NYC in Brooklyn for this fun beginner workshop and learn to make a cool key rack perfect for your home! In this workshop, participants will learn to safely use a variety of tools to make their own key rack. Participants will also learn about “finishing” techniques (sanding, staining, painting, polyurthaning, etc.) to personalize their key rack but finishing will be done on your own time. No prior woodworking experience required.

Pre-Requisites

  • Age 18+

  • No woodworking experience necessary

Accessibility

Do you have a low scent tolerance? We ask that our participants refrain from using extreme scents, though cannot guarantee the workshop space will be scent free. Please know that sawdust is present in the shop and we have masks available upon request.

Do you use ASL? We currently don’t have translation available, and would love to work with you about how you can access our workshops.
