Queer Youth & Family Gardening Workshop

Calling all queer youth and queer families. We invite you to join us for a hands-on gardening workshop at Rodgers Ranch. In this workshop you will learn how to plant seeds, which you get to take home! This is the first in a series of gardening classes, where we plan to go over a variety of topics. We can’t wait to grow with you!

Pre-Requisites

  • Ages 5-12

  • No gardening experience necessary

  • Parent/guardian must accompany child

COVID-19 Protocols

Your safety is our highest priority, so we have put safety protocols in place for all of our in-person workshops to keep everyone safe. Those protocols are:

  • Following CDC guidelines for small outdoor gatherings, only participants who have not been fully vaccinated will be required to wear masks while attending the event.

  • Sanitizer will be provided during the class.

  • Everyone should follow recommended safety precautions, such as coughing into your elbow and refraining from touching their face.
